Check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number. If you cannot find it, please contact cs@ourmatchy.com with your order number.
Why isn't my tracking updating?
A tracking number may be created before the carrier scans the parcel. Updates can also pause between scans. If you need help checking your shipment, please contact our team.
Can I track my order before it ships?
Carrier tracking becomes available after a tracking number has been assigned. For questions about an order still being prepared, email cs@ourmatchy.com with your order number.
